Haritaki is one of the three fruits of the Ayurvedic formula, triphala. Haritaki churna is known as 'the king of medicines' and serves various health benefits such as; it helpful in constipation, prevent cough and cold, removes ulcers, boost immunity, and helps in weight loss.

Take 1/2 to 2 teaspoonful of ayurvedic churna with normal or warm water preferably at night before sleeping. Individual results may vary, dose may be adjusted accordingly.

Haritaki, sonth, shuddha guggulu, vidhara, and eranda tail or castor oil.

Terminalia chebula: Terminalia chebula(Haritaki) is good to increase appetite, digestive aid, liver stimulant, stomachic, gastrointestinal prokinetic agent, and mild laxative. it is also used in chronic diarrhea.

Zingiber Officinale: Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) may have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial, antiviral properties which helps to fight from a cold or the flu and other many disease.

Shuddha Guggulu: Guggul is praised for its anti-inflammatory properties.It helps to  treat certain anti-inflammatory conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and arthritis. It has also been used to promote weight loss, treat hypothyroidism, and manage cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Argyreia Nervosa: Argyreia nervosa (Vidhara) has rejuvenative, anti-aging, spermatogenic, and aphrodisiac properties.It is Uses for treatment of various aliments ranging from neurological and rheumatic disorders to anorexia, diabetes and hypertension.

Castor oil: Castor oil is broken down into ricinoleic acid in the small intestine. This speeds up the process of digestion and helps to relieve from constipation. It has impressive anti-inflammatory properties. castor oil strengthens the immune system by increasing white blood cells and thus fights infections.
